Prof. Dr. Yousif Ismail Mohammed Al-Mashhadany is a lecturer in Electrical Engineering Department – College of Engineering (Control Engineering). Senior member IEEE, He received the B.Sc. (1995), M.Sc. (1999), and Ph.D (2010) in Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Rashid School of Engineering and Science / University of Technology in Baghdad/Iraq. He complete postdoctoral fellow research in electrical engineering - control department at the University of Malaya in Malaysia (UMPEDAC) in 2012. He works since 2004, a lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering / Engineering College / University of Anbar. He has many publishing that included three books, two chapters, thirty seven Journals paper most of them (Clarivate, Scopus and international journal), and thirty two conferences paper. He has 10 in H-index with Scopus, has 14 H-index with Google scholar, has 6 H-index in Web. of Sciences with 210 reviews.

Prof. Ir. Dr. Norhana Arsad (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in computer and communication systems and the M.Sc. degree in photonics from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia, in 2000 and 2003, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K., in 2010. She is currently a Professor at the Dept of Electrical, Electronic and Systems Engineering, Head of Centre for Engineering Education Research and Head of Photonics Technology Laboratory at Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Her research interests include fiber laser systems for application in spectroscopy, gas sensing, and photonics technology.

Prof. Dr. Farag Mahel Mohammed was born in Iraq, in 1965. He obtained his B.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering degree in 1988 and his M.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering degree in 1995. His Ph.D. degree was awarded in 2003 by University of Technology- Iraq. He is a Professor at the Department of Electromechanical Engineering, University of Technology. His research interests include Applied Mechanics, Electromechanical, Mechanical properties, and renewable energy (solar). He has published above to 50 papers and has supervised several M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses.

He was Program Coordinator (Master of Renewable Energy, September 2012 to September 2020), Double Degree Programme with Master of Energy Science, Kyoto University, Japan. He is an Associate Editor of the Alexandria Engineering Journal, Elsevier; Associate Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Renewable Energy Resources; and has been a Guest Editor for Renewable Energy, Elsevier. He is an editor and author of the book Energy for Sustainable Development published by Elsevier. His research interests include thermal engineering, renewable energy, energy and buildings, energy policy, transport and electric vehicles. He received a University of Malaya Excellence Award 2012 for his outstanding achievement in PhD; Bangladesh Scholarship Council and the Nippon Foundation, Japan, 2003-2004.

Prof. Dr. Gözde Ulutagay received her BSc in Statistics from Ege University in 2001 with honors. She earned her MSc and PhD degrees from Ege University in 2004 and Dokuz Eylul University in 2009, respectively. She received an honorary certificate from the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences in Dokuz Eylul University due to her researches published during her PhD studies. She also received "The Best Method Approach and Application" award at the International Brain Biophysics and Bioengineering Congress. She worked as a Research Assistant at Ege University between 2001-2006, as a TUBITAK Project Scholar at Dokuz Eylul University between 2006-2009, and as an Assistant and Associate Professor at İzmir University between 2009-2016. She was with the Computer Science Department at the University of Texas, El Paso as a Visiting Researcher in 2011. She has been working as a Full Professor at Istanbul Gedik University Industrial Engineering Department since March 2020. Dr. Ulutagay’s main research interests include, but are not limited to, Fuzzy Clustering Methods, Data Mining, Multivariate Statistics, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics. She is teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in these areas. She has served as the Principal Investigator and Researcher in many projects funded by TUBİTAK, COST and TWAS. Dr. Ulutagay is the author of more than 80 articles and conference papers, which were cited more than 400 times by international researchers.

MUZAMMIL JUSOH is an Associate Professor which is currently a Research Fellow of Advanced Communication Engineering (ACE) Centre of Excellence (CoE) in UniMAP. Experience as RF and Microwave Engineer with Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) company, from 2006 to 2009, performed as Team Leader of the Specialized Network Services (SNS) Department based in TM Senai Johor. Involved in preventive and corrective maintenance of ILS, NDB, DVOR, repeaters, microwave systems, VHF, and UHF. He received the bachelor's degree in electrical-electronic and telecommunication engineering and the M.Sc. degree in electronic telecommunication engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), in 2006 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in communication engineering from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), in 2013. Score H-Index of 22 (SCOPUS index) and leading few grants as main/co-researcher under the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, Industrial Grants, and Internal Grant from UniMAP worth in total USD500k. Currently supervising/graduate more than 20 postgraduate students (Ph.D. and M.Sc). Has published over 266 articles in journals and proceedings including IEEE Access, MDPI Sensors, Materials, IEEE Antenna and Wireless Propagation Letter (AWPL), Microwave and Optical Technology Letter (MOTL), the International Journal on Antenna and Propagation (IJAP) and, Progress in Electromagnetics Research (PIER) with more than 100 conference papers. His research interests include antenna design, reconfigurable beam steering antennas, RFID, MIMO, UWB, wireless on-body communications and RF and microwave communication systems. Besides, he has been a member of the technical program committees of several IEEE conferences and technical reviewer for several IEEE and other conferences. Moreover, he is a member of the IET (MIET), the Antenna and Propagation Society (AP/MTT/EMC) Malaysia Chapter and executive committee of IEEE RFID Council. He has received the Chartered Engineering Certification in July 2017, Professional Engineer on Sept 2020 and Professional Technologist on Oct 2020.

Dr. Ali Amer Ahmed Alrawi He is a PhD in control and computer engineering. He received the B.Sc. degree in Control and Guidance System Engineering from the University of Technology, Formerly Military Engineering College (MEC), Baghdad, Iraq, in 1994, and the M.Sc. degree in Control and Guidance System Engineering from the University of Technology, Formerly Military Engineering College (MEC), Baghdad, Iraq, in 2000. He got his PhD from University Malaysia Perlis in 2014. His research interests are in control systems, guidance and control systems, robotics, unmanned vehicles, and system modeling using Matlab Simulink simulations. He worked as a researcher in the Authority for Military Research and Development (The Ministry of Military Industrialization) (Mic), Baghdad, Iraq, from 1994–2003. Senior researcher at the Ministry of Science and Technology (2004–2009), during his working at MOST in Iraq, he earned the position of chairman of the mechatronics department from 2004 until 2009. I worked in the Robot Research Center at the Industrial Research and Development Authority from 2016 to 2018. Director of the Training Directorate at the Ministry of Science and Technology from 2018 to 2022.Anbar University 2022. As well as during his work at MOST in Iraq, he worked as an external lecturer with the Ministry of Higher Education at the University of Baghdad (2000–2002).
