How to Become a Reviewer

AJES uses Elsevier’s Editorial Manager system to manage manuscript submissions and peer review.

To become a reviewer:

  1. Visit our Editorial Manager site: Editorial Manager
  2. If you don’t already have an account, click Register and fill in your details.
  3. Once registered, log in and update your personal classification terms (keywords/expertise areas) under your profile. This helps the editors match you with appropriate manuscripts.
  4. Express your interest in reviewing by sending a brief message through the system, or by contacting the editorial office via the contact form.

Reviewer Guidelines

AJES follows a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of submitted manuscripts. Detailed reviewer guidelines will be provided with each review invitation.
